At Wild Ember, we blend sustainably raised, local ingredients with unique, upscale techniques—and just a touch of twang.

 

Led by Chef Matt Harris, the renowned Park City restaurateur behind tupelo Park City, RIME Raw Bar, RIME | Seafood & Steak, The St. Regis Bar at The St. Regis Deer Valley, Brasserie 7452, and La Stellina, our smokehouse combines the chef’s fine-dining background with the deep flavors of his Southern roots.

Harris’ newest venture is built upon the long-standing relationships he has cultivated with nearby ranchers and farmers—and his drive to source ethically raised meats. Over the years, he’s worked with some of the biggest names in food, including Jean Georges Vongerichten, Kevin Rathbun, and Pano Karatossos, mastering refined techniques to serve up culinary creations rooted in terroir.

At Wild Ember, our dishes are high-end but familiar—we use the best locally grown and sustainably raised ingredients to create new twists on traditional barbecue while offering cozy smokehouse favorites.

Our innovative menu highlights the seasonality of local agriculture while providing thoughtful vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
